How to change or translate the metada.

hi
i want to know how can i translate the metadata. for example when i select french language, then name of all  spaces (in built and user defined) should be translated in french language. i am able to change the actions,title and description of spaces and files but how can i change  name of the space.
i have used multi-lingual property and user console to translate the content.

Properties under control of the user are not changed by Alfresco. For one thing, there is no information about what the source language of the property value is.

You cannot do this from the Alfresco Explorer view of the repository. You could certainly provide your own user interface that would present a folder hierarchy where you would have the opportunity to insert your own translation methods. As alfresco have a solution partner called XML-INTL which provide document translation,can we use it…

Whether this third party software convert the document content into different language or change the metadata of the document or both…

Any idea or suggestions are welcome…
