Greetings, I am having a problem creating PDF files from Word documents. I followed the tutorial and created the simple workflow instructions. I added a rule that would create a pdf from a word doc but it doesn't seem to work. I created another rule to create a plain text doc and that works fine. Is there something that I am missing? Is there a manual to help out on this?
