Problem : activiti-modeler , editor link

when you create a new process definition , it links you to localhost:8080/activiti-modeler/p/editor where it should be [server-name/ip]:8080/activiti-modeler/p/editor

Indeed, that shouldnt be happening. Created a Jira issue for it: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/ACT-56
