problem about solr,mysql,file backup

Hello Everyone
Now I am backup the alfresco solr,mysql,file system,the mysql and file system can backup successfully,but I found that the solr backup failed.I following the link http://www.ecmkit.com/2012/09/05/alfresco_backup1/ do that,I running the scripts find the following error:
curl: (7) couldn't connect to host,Any one have faced the same problem? could you give me a solution? thank you very much!

What did you use for ${SOLR_WORK_URL}? I believe the article suggests https://localhost:8443/solr/alfresco/replication?command=backup

You should confirm that you can connect to your ${SOLR_WORK_URL} using a browser, for example
