Priveleges for simple workflow

Hi all,

I'm creating a simple workflow. The problem is that if i invite users to take part in the approval process, i have to give them coordinator privileges, without which it gives errors. But i do not want the the invited users to get permission to delete content. I only want them to be able to approve, so that content can move from one space to another.

Can anybody suggest a solution?

Hi, the problem is the permission coordinator can be delete file, the solutions is that you create your type of permission.
In this file permissionDefinitions.xml you can create your new privilege.

I have the same trouble but I can create a permission that only aprobe files.

I went through that file but i don't know how to create the approve permission.
Can you please post a sample permission for approval?
