Prefill Document Library with folder structure

hi All,

Say we have a need for the instantiation of 2 types of project sites. Each project type has a predefined folder structure to store the content. (Assume Prince-II and a RUP version of it).
1. Is there a way to pre-populate the document library with a folder structure? (How/where?)
2. Is there a way to pre-populate the document library with a folder structure, based on the the Site type?

(No DataDictionary folder structure instantiated?)
