Pooled Review And Approve Activiti Process

Hello,
my name's Paolo and I'm a web developer that recently worked with Alfresco and in particular with Workflows

I need some information on the working of a standard workflow "Pooled Review And Approve Activiti Process" (review-pooled.bpmn20.xml)

After a document has been approved, I can reassign workflow. But instead reassign it to a pool I can reassign it to a single user. Is it correct?Why  the task is called Pooled Review And Approve Activiti Process?

The Alfresco user forums are a better place for these kind of questions.
I don't know the reasoning behind the naming of the task.
