Permit A User to Create and Manage Users

Hi All,

I Want to permit Users of HR Group to Create and Manipulate Users.

The HR group users should be allowed have admin rights only for user creation only. they should not have any other admin permission like creating or deleting any content other than in their allowed Spaces.

I came to know that we can implement this from permissionDefinitions.xml. but i didnt understand it completely.

Please can any one send me the solution.

I think that you can't set this type of configuration, you should customize Alfresco features for this specific requirement, creating your own AMP.
