Hi, I have Alfresco JBoss bundle 1.3 installed. I dont see some of the permissions xml file under:/conf/alfresco/extension I dont see permissionDefinitions.xml. What am I missing???
What I need to do is configure the permissions for the role, Editor, to disallow file checkin. We are trying to create a workflow where the editor can check out (but not checkin), edit content and request approval. If the changes are approved, the Coordinator will check in the file.
I have the workflow in place but am not sure how to restrict Collaborators from checking in the files.
Any help is appreciated.
