Performer of User Task

Hi,

We have a situation: the candidates (or performer) defined for a user task can change in time. For example, a manager of a departament could be substituted and a task previously assigned to him should be reassigned to the new manager.

A way to solve this would be periodically run a service that refresh the assigned performer (or candidates) of such task. Is there some support  (a operation of the TaskService, for example) to this?

Sorry for my english.

regards,
Hudson

There a few ways to do this

- use Quartz and write a quartzjob that periodically checks and verifies the assignees, and change them accordingly

- write a process that periodically executes the check. However, therefore you would need the timer immediate event which isnt implemented yet.

Quartz sounds good for client.

And on server, there is, in Engine API, a operation/class/ service that "checks and verifies the assignees, and change them"?
