My company looks set to be on the verge of paying for an alfresco setup for a few hundred users approximately. I have already emailed in with the contact form but I am looking for some quick info really.
So, does anyone have experience of purchasing support from Alfresco (installation, configuration for document management, web content management with portal etc - basically the whole shebang)? How quickly can they (alfresco guys) make it happen?
