Modifying FilePicker behaviour

Hi,

I have a requirement to modifiy the way the webforms file picker works.  I need to upload images as content to an output path specified by selections the user makes on the form.  Essentially I need to disable the ability to manually select the destination of the uploaded content by selecting folders in the repository.  Is this possible with configuration or does it mean hacking the FilePicker javascript to get the widget to behave how I want?

This should be possible via configuration, as described at http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Configuring_XForms_Widgets#.27File_Picker.27_Folder_Restriction.  If that's not sufficient, I'd suggest copying the FilePicker widget and modifying the copy - this will be a far safer approach than modifying the original FilePicker widget directly (more details at http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Creating_XForms_Widgets).
