Outlook calendar synchronize with Share calendar

Hi Folks,

I am new to Alfresco, exploring a task , where i need to synchronize Share calendar with outlook calendar,

Please help me with the necessary steps,any addin plugin required, or specific files needs to be customised.

I tried that as well.
In Sunbird you can import the calendar an refresh it to see the new entries..
But it doesnt really work with ms Outlook because it doesnt support the authetication via http.
