Order insert Reviewers in Serial Workflow

Hi,
I have executed a Web Site Submission (Submit changes for approval) Workflow, selected as Type of Review Serial and added Reviewers. I noticed that the Reviewers order added is not same insert order. Is possible mantain the insert order?

That was fixed in 2.0 Enterprise, and I believe the fix is available from SVN HEAD.
