Operation failed mesaage coming on generation of reports

Hi All,

I am using alfresco 3.4.5 enterprise version.
I have created customized reports for user statistics that how many times user has logged in,Rating done by user,No of times document has been viewed and downloaded.

Sometimes during generation of reports when I am choosing reports for more no of users I am getting a display prompt of "Operation failed".


Can anybody suggest where can be the problem.

can you provide any logs of the error? What kind of reporting component are you using (since there is no reporting component except the Audit Service contained in a standard Alfresco)?

At the moment, there is too little information to suggest any cause. Everything you might be able to provide would be of help - the more the better.
