OpenOffice 2.4, Alfresco and PDF/A conversion

Hello,

the last available version of OpenOffice 2.4 supports a save as PDF/A function. Using Alfresco as a records management system, i think it will be a valuable function if Alfresco would support that conversion function also. I think it would really be value added. See:

Is there any further information regarding Alfresco and PDF/A conversion?

Could we use transformDocument(string mimetype) and simply set mimetype to 'pdfa'?
