Notification to be sent to specific users on specific documents which have been updated and approved

Hi,

I would like to seek some advice on this matter. I would like to know if I am able to configure a notification to specific users if a specific document has been updated and approved (approved meaning that it has gone through a workflow process).

The purpose of the notification is to inform the specific user that the specific document has been updated and approved.
