How do I configure Alfresco (3.2 Community Edition) to send an email notifying all or the appropriate site members of a new or modified wiki page, blog post, uploaded document/file, link, discussion post, calendar event or task?
To notify specific or all users of changed content in either the document library or creation of a blog etc, use the alfresco explorer and create a content rule on a specific site specificity that users to be notified when 'All items' are modified on a site.
