Out-of-Box Rules Criteria (condition) Missing

I am a system administrator for ACS community version 7.0. Not a developer. I am seeking advice on behalf of developers/analysts. 

Issue: When creating a folder rule, I noticed most of the standard (out-of-the-box) critiera/condition options are missing. (Size, Created Date, Modified Date, Creator, Modifier, Author, Mimetype, Encoding, Description, Name, Title)

The only options available are: All items, has tag, has category, content type or sub-type, has aspect and show more.

Question: How do we restore the other options? I attempted to add them back in by selecting "show more". After selecting a property field and save, the criteria selection disappears and defaults to "All items".

Did you try with a different browser?

Did you have any addon deployed?

That option should be working by default.

Thank you. I have tried FireFox, Chrome, Edge and MS Explorer. All have the same result. And no, there are no addons deployed.

Resolved. We restarted solr, share and the repository. Kim
