Not Opening the Form

Hello,
       
        I am creating the workflow from the eclipse and after deploying the .bar in probe I am able to start the process using activiti-explorer. User task of the process having the form fields. But when i am running that assigned task activiti-explorer not displays the form.

Can any one help how to configure form in the eclipse.

Hi,

Did you create .form files for the forms?
These .form files should be placed in the src/main/resources directory.
