Node without parents

Getting these errors in my log every 15 seconds.

Think it's just a bad directory or file that bombed during import.

I can't seem to resolv workspace://SpacesStore/f3993905-0767-4f9b-92d8-f98283ccdae2 to a Repository folder so I can delete or repair it.

Queries from this post https://forums.alfresco.com/en/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=36133 never return

This would not be a big problem but on the same system search fails to find most repo items.

I'm starting to suspect all the problems are related but can't see to find an Alfresco chkdsk type of scripts.

May try exporting the database and re-importing
