No preview with 1 PDF

Hello,

I get problem with 1 PDF. All my PDF come from the same scanner and only one can not give a preview. What can I do to find the problem ? What are steps to analyse preview problems ?
The small preview is well done.

we are receiving the same exceptions, any solutions to this?

I ran into this problem on several PDFs and we seem to be able to resolve it by resaving the PDF as a PDF.  I think it is something in the way OpenOffice looks at PDFs.

For me the problem was a limitation. By default the content.transformer.Pdf2swf.maxSourceSizeKBytes=1152, changing in tomcat/shared/classes/alfresco-global.properties (I have done x10). And restart…
