Hey Everyone,

I'm trying to install Alfresco on my VPS (Windows Server 2003), and am not sure if other applications I'm trying to run off my server are conflicting with Alfresco.  I currently have SugarCRM up and running, and am trying to run OpenClinica as well, but can't get to the default Alfresco login screen, and in short, am just really confused about whether I even installed Tomcat, MySQL, etc. properly.  I'd really appreciate some help, as I've been stuck on installing Alfresco and getting it to work for some time now.

Thanks a lot,
Vic

I dont think other applications running on your server are conflicting with Alfresco.
Which version of Alfresco you are installing?
Do you have proper system environment setup to run that version eg
Alfresco-2.0x only runs on Java-5.x and Tomcat-5..x.x

Okay, so I have Java 5.x and Tomcat 5.x installed now, with Tomcat referencing port 8081.  I can get to the login screen for one of my applications (OpenClinica at http://localhost:8081/OpenClinica), however I can't get to the login page for Alfresco (http://localhost:8081/Alfresco).  Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Vivek
