Have anyone able to install Alfresco in Linux if follow the readme ?

It's not clear from your post exactly what the problem is. You say the WAR file takes a while to deploy - so presumably is has deployed?

Can you access http://server:8080/alfresco/ ?

If not then you'd need to post the whole error log, rather than just a couple of lines in order for someone to help.
