New to Alfresco

Hello,

We are in the process of implementing Alfresco as a Provider Portal for our Medical Group. Because we are using the open source version, I wanted to know if you all are happy with the open source product. I also would like to know you all experienced crashing with the system. If so, is it easy to figure out and get back up? Any feedback you can give me will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Kimberly,

generally the community version is in productive use at many companies, SMEs and larger ones. It really depends on your requirements, whether community is sufficient for you or whether you need the enterprise version. However, Alfresco being at version 5, you could assume it's a mature and stable product.
Any particular issues you experienced with it yet?

The only issue that we have come with is with regards to file size limit. Attached is the error message that I get. the other issue that I had recently was with respect to the quoata. I am trying to contact Alfresco to resolve this issue.
