Need Help for To Access Alfresco

Dear Support,
    I have installed below file in windows 2003 server
Alfresco-Community-3.3-Full-Setup.exe

and also i have JDK,SQL,SWPTOOL,Flashplayer everthing available in server

after installing i went to start -> Programme -> Alfresco -> Start alfresco
then immediately DOS window will open after that some batch file will run. finally i will get below message in DOS

info: Server startup in 56937 ms

after that i went to client place in same network and trying to brows below link

http://localhost:8080/alfresco

But i am getting error message

kindly do the needful immediately because i am in loop since march -2010

and also don't know how use the alfresco after installing.
and also want to know that how can we give access to client / users

kindly send me the steps.

i am waiting for your valuable reply.

If you are one the server with Alfresco, you can use this link :
http://localhost:8080/alfresco

But, if you are on a different computer, you need to change this link. Use the name of your Alfersco server :

http://NameOfAlfrescoServeur:8080/alfresco

You can get the NameOfAlfrescoServeur by starting a console, write "ipconfig"…

  As i am planning to implement the data management control in my office. so  

I have installed the Alfresco-Community-3.3-Full-Setup.exe in windows 2003 server

But i don't know how to start the alfresco / How can i use the alfresco ?????
is there any data base link to setup ?????
How can i access the alfresco from client place ???? Because i have installed the alfresco in server
even that server and client also in same domain control.

If any one give me step by step  to configure the full alfresco configuration it will be greatful help for me.

kindly help me out. since Mar-2010 i am in loop.

It has been done during the installation. When you start Alfresco, the Mysql server is also started.

Let's go by steps…

1. Start Alfresco on your Server…
2. Access Alfresco (from the server, not from a remote client) with the browser : http://localhost:8080/alfresco. Do you see the login page of Alfresco ?
If you didn't see the login page, please show us the content of the console (copy the content of c:\Alfresco\tomcat\log\catalina.out)
