native language codepage trouble

Hi

There is a little problem in my alfresco installation.
When I create new forum in some space, title and first message are stored to database in readable form (I use russian), but when I reply to first message, I see only

???????? ???? ? ??????????‍‍‍

in this message.

I use mysql db with utf-8 codepage, alfresco was installed from tomcat bunldle, OS is linux Fedora 7

This file was stored to server file system:

????? ????? ????<br/><br/>‍‍‍

In hex editor it is looked as follows:

3F 3F 3F 3F 3F 20 3F 3F 3F 3F 3F 20 3F 3F 3F 3F 3C 62 72 2F 3E 3C 62 72 2F 3E‍‍

So, it is not alike some codepage, this phrase consist of different letters in original form.

Please help me!
