is there any workaround for missing MultipleInstances support, for example something like own behaviour implementation?

Yes, thats possible.
But depends on what you want: sequential multi instance is pretty simple to do in your own behavior.
Parallel multi instance would require a bit more digging into the fork/join logic for example shown in the parallel gateway.
