Here is my need :
For some tasks in my workflow process, the assignee has to collect comments and opinions before handling / validating this very task.
This step of collecting comments must not be another task in the workflow !
Then, I intend to attach a forum topic to this task : it could be as an object in the bpm_package, or as a property (or association) of the task model. The most suitable way is the one that would, in the task form, display the list of messages in this topic, or as least display a link to this forum discussion.
Has anyone ever managed to attach a forum topic to a workflow instance ?
Has anyone reached quite the same goal in a different manner ?
