msg preview : 'An error Occurred'

Hi,I far as I remember .msg preview was working, at the moment I getting an error message on iPhones and iPads(tested with different iOS ver.)"Fail to preview document":. Is there an issue/bug and if yes,will it be fixed?
Alternately, is there any workaround for this issue?

I don't think iOS has ever supported preview of .msg files. We don't use a custom preview component in the app, so I'm afraid you'll have to raise an issue or improvement with Apple and hope they incorporate support in future versions of iOS.
