MS Word Docs - Dashlets

I am in need of developing a dashlet that can CREATE as well as EDIT word documents.

Is this acheivable ?
Is there any help that we can get online..?

If you want to create and edit work documents from within the browser you'll need to development an online editor like Google Docs or Zoho Writer.

Alternatively, you could use FCKEditor to create / edit html files and use Alfresco to convert HTML to MS Word.

Zoho is very nice, it is fast and easy to integrate.
