Found an interesting undocumented feature yesterday.
Users complaining about being unable to move documents from one folder to another inside the document library in a Share site, with the error "Move to operation could not be completed".
Spent some time with the logs, found a few other issues to fix, but nothing really helpful on this problem.
Started playing with file names — found that each of the 4 files in question had a "-" in the file name, such as "My File Name - 001.xls"
Found that removing the "-" fixed the issue, such as "My File Name 001.xls"
Don't know if this is universal, as we have plenty of files in document libraries with "-", but it fixed the issue for us on these 4 files with the problem.
I have filed a JIRA issue - https://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/ALF-2745
Just wanted to post with the error message because I don't see any other references to this error on the forums.

This issue still occurs so now and then, I confirm the same issue but can't figure out what causes it. I'll update when I find something..

Hi,
you said, that you would update if you find something. So, did you find something?
The issue occurs quite often. When testing about 10 times, it occurs about 3-4 times. It's actually a no-go.
