Monitoring Alfresco

Hi all,

I am using Alfresco Community, i want use remote application (script or small java application) to perform monitoring Alfresco. Mostly i want to know if system work properly.

Is there any service or plugin that allow to check if system works properly?

Yes. Jmx.   There's quite a lot of generic java/tomcat monitoring available in community.  But the alfresco specific stuff is enterprise only.
