Modifying webscripts after Enterprise expires

I'm working with an environment which has content in it which will need to be extracted.  It is running 4.1.7.3 (Enterprise), and when the license expires, it will become read-only.  My question:  will I still be able to create (for example) Java-backed webscripts and install them using AMPs after the license expires, or do I have to do all of these things before that happens?

You may be able to install a new webscript via the class-path.   You won't be able to load them via the data-dictionary.

So depending on what exactly is in your AMP file it may work.
