Missing Content Forms and Website in 1.4 WAR

Hi,
I'm new to Alfresco and WCM. We are currently evaluating Alfresco for an internal project. I downloaded the single war file (V 1.4) and deployed it in Tomcat. However, while following the tutorial, I could not see the option to create Forms under create menu.
I do not even see "Website" space in Company Home. In Data Dictionary, I do not see Content Forms. The create website option under company home/create menu is also missing. Any clues ?
Can anyone please help?
Do I need to download V2.0 for WCM or is there some other way to enable this in 1.4?

I have only HTML/Plain Text in Create Content -> Content Type dropdown !
