Migration of content and versions compatibility

Hi.

I want to ask some questions:

* ¿Can I migrate database/indexes/content between distinct Community Editions? What's the safe route?
* ¿Is there way to copy contents and metadata from an Alfresco server to another?
* ¿Is there compatibility between Community and Enterprise if I plan to migrate to Enterprise?
* ¿Is there a quick way to copy all data in a specific space to another Alfresco server?

What other things should I consider when migrating or copying data between alfresco servers?

Yes.   Normal upgrade.

Yes,   ACP and Transfer are two options, there are more.

* ¿Is there compatibility between Community and Enterprise if I plan to migrate to Enterprise?
Depends on what you mean by "compatibility" but probably "Yes."

* ¿Is there a quick way to copy all data in a specific space to another Alfresco server?
Import/Export via ACP.

By compatibility I meant to migrate all data from Community 4.0.b to Enterprise 4 when it becomes ready. (when could it be?)

Hi,
The migration with ACP is interesting but limited to a small set of documents, you should probably select an other way to migrate…

if you don't have any critical custom metadata, you try FTP options also.or try openmigrate tool or pmonks bulk import tool.
