Migration from IBM WPS to activiti

Hi ,

We are planning to migrate the existing application from  IBM WPS to Activiti Business process Engine .The application which is current using the IMB WPS is not fully automated with the business process but most of the Human work flows are used .Under the process of migration we are looking for the best options on how to migrate the existing BPM data in WPS  (More than 30,000 tasks) into the activiti and make them functional. Please kindly provide the best Approach for the migration

That will be a painful migration … you will need to not only convert all process definitions to Bpmn 2.0 that runs on Activiti, but also get all the data in the Activiti tables with sql. I'm sure if there's a best approach here, it will depend on your use case and processes more than anything else.
