Migrate to new hardware

Hello,

we intend to migrate our production environment to a new hardware in a different datacenter. The environment consist of several tomcat  instances using the same database (Oracle). Is it possible to migrate the whole activity relevant data from the “old” database to the “new” database and all persisted process instances? Can be continued by the new tomcats with the same deployment as the “old” ones?

If you copy the database tables as-is to another database (I assume it's again an Oracle?), and update your db config settings, it will run just the same as before.
