Memory Leaks

Due to some issues with Tomcat 6.0.18 I upgraded Tomcat to 6.0.29. I reinstalled Alfresco 3.3g CE by deploying to the webapps folder. In the logs I'm getting messages that Alfresco is causing memory leaks. I'm running on a server with 2gb RAM and RAM use is almost maxed out. I can no longer access Alfresco. Anyone else experience this with an upgrade to Tomcat?

My apologies for not acting more mature. This is something I should be able to figure out. We are making some changes internally that will allow me to use 3.4 CE so all will be good.
