Hello Everyone,
I'm new to Alfresco… hope you can help me better understand member/user management at a top level.
1 Will we be able to report on all sites and access levels – groups and members?
2 Will the Administrator be able to search for a member and see what sites they have access to?
3 Are there any capabilities to auto remove a member from a Group if they haven’t accessed the site in a certain period?
4 When you add a member to a site/Group can you set an expiry on their access eg. 3 months? Once 3 months is up, their access is disabled?
5 If yes, would they receive notification to tell them they have been removed?
