Mass delete problem

Hi all

I think my question is pretty simple but dont know why it is not working. I have a space that contains 7500 pdf files of 500Kb each, I am trying to delete the space and its content, but when I follow the delete wizard the system gets hanged and nothing replies. Then Firefox/IE/Safary kicks me out (I am the admin user) and nothing got deleted.

How can I delete such long and high size spaces?

Hi there

Anyone could give me a hand here? I am thinking about creating a JS scrtipt to be launched with a rule, so it can run in Background mode. The script basically will go through all the nodes in the space, and delete them.

Do you think this could be a good option?

Are you having any errors logged? Did you note any of the contents from 7500 gets reduced ? Specify the details?
