A manager in some company asked for a meetings with the managers in his company . I have a problem in imaging this job and how to do it by alfresco . can someone help me in how can I imagine this process and how this process can be done by it?

I don't know this can be done by suing Alfresco. This seem to be out of the Alfresco scope. However if you are looking a free solution, there are couple of free ways to do this.
