Mail Task with not working with BoundtryTimer Event (VERY URGENT)

Hi,

Mail task is not triggerring  from BoundtryTimer Event attached with user task.
There is no error in tomcat trace.

BoundryEvent working well with subporcess attached.

I have attached TimerBoundry on subprocess and after 2 seconds it calling user task attached.
But TimerBoundry attached with user task to mailtask is not working.

For your information , i m attaching bpmn file (Change Extension from text to XML file).

Please help urgent as needs to show POC to user.

I have resolved above issue using service task between timderBoundtry event of user task and mail task.
I don't know it is correct way or not.

Please check attached bpmn file (rename txt to xml)
Please suggest.

I don't see an issue with attaching a mail task directly to a boundary timer event. Can you create a unit test that shows the error and create a JIRA issue so we can reproduce the issue?
