And i want to say sorry for my post but is a bit frustrating when nothing go in the right direction, and i know that a big project like this need more than a double click for install.
So my question is what is wrong i my procedure, and if for you is better to compile alfresco from svn source??

1) It is possible to setup mysql?? from this bundle??
2) if yes maybe there is the possibility to migrate data from derby to mysql??

Hi guys finally I solved all problem concern the installation.
Some guess for mac users build all from svn and do not like me, that I ve forgotten to set the ENV variable for super users(if u use sudo command).

another point during the execution the ImageMagic and pdf2swf keep pointing in another location. so seems to be that probably other files override the ENV variable.
So do an easy things, in tomcat home
In the end i use mysql 5.0 during the test of mysql 5.1 the generated sql script cause some problem like replicate index and similar stuff. I don t know why.
