lucene search Alfresco 3.0 enterprise

Hi,

Am trying for lucene search through node browser in Alfresco 3.0 enterprise release,
am getting the following error

Search failed due to: org.alfresco.error.AlfrescoRuntimeException: Transaction must be active and synchronization is required: Thread[http-8080-1,5,main]

same query will be working fine in other version,a sample query which am trying as follows

PATH:"/app:company_home"

If there is any solution let me know.

I have the same problem with labs-3c. I had no such problem with labs-3b. Any ideas?

Does it mean that this fix is available in enterprise version only?
What about community version? Will it get there somehow?

Fix is available in Alfresco community edition v. 3.0 stable.
