Lucene Query's in Rest API

Im searching in http://localhost:8080/alfresco/service/ for webscript that can make some lucene query's but im not finding none.
Its such thing implemented?
If the answer is yes, what is the name of the script?

Have you considered the CMIS REST API? … http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/CMIS_Web_Scripts_Reference#Queries

Might not be quite what you are after, but might be worth a look.

Otherwise why not write your own Webscript to do what you need?
