Looking for more Administrative Capability

Is there any Admin capability where we can see all running Processes? I see them under Queue tab at Adiminstrator Tab. My expectation was like jBPM. jBPM shows all running processes and we can see current stauts of a process instance and updated values too. I checked Camunda cock pit product which provide same. is Activiti has same feature?

Hi,

You can view all running processes and the status of each process.
You have to look in the "processes" tab.

Please find attached screenshot. I can't see anything under processes Tab except my instances and Process definitions.(Logged in as "kermit" user provided in useruide).
I was expecting it should show all processes running in Activiti as "Admin" Credentials. Admin can see each process current status as highlighted one and As "Admin " i can assign that task to someone or can process my self. Some thing like provided by jBPM and Camunda Cockpit product.

Okay I understand your question better now. You're right, you can only view "my instances" right now.
In the Activiti in Action book I showed however that it's quite easy to add such a view. You can even get the code from the Activiti in Action code repository.

Got it. I am planning to buy this book. Table Content looks good and sample chapters are great. Looking forward for Activiti.
BTW do you know who will be contact person for Query about Activiti Supports and Licence etc?
