Links to Explorer features from External web application

Hi,

My requirement is something like this.

I have my Alfresco Explorer running.
I have my custom web application and SSO (which I have integrated with my Alfresco Explorer as well.)
In the dashboard of my application I need to have few links to the Alfresco Explorer,
like link to a specific Space, link to discussion Forum or even add User .Is it possible to construct an URL
to go to specific page.

This is what I was looking for.
