Limitations on total content in system?

I'm investigating Alfresco as an enterprise grade solution. We would be looking at storing hundreds of terabytes in the system. Has anyone seen this amount of content run on Alfresco? If so, any additional details would be appreciated.

Total Content shouldn't be a problem.  The limit is simply down to the size of your filesystem or filesystems.

What's more important is the number of documents.   How much metadata for each document and how you want to index and access the content.

Total number of documents is around 180 million. Metadata would possibly be 20-40 metadata fields per document.

I'm not sure about indexing. I believe we would be interested in full-text indexing.

Access would be via web browser, desktop client and mobile.
