We want to use Alfresco to store some financial documents like Invoices… We don't want keep the papers… just all in digital format.
We research what to do from a legal point of view to move original paper. Has anyone done that in Switzerland :?: Could you give steps to follow or people to contact :?:
I have found some information about this. To use digital format, the main rules to respect are :
The document should be find in any time (backup,…) Signature of the document Traceability of the document (having a Workflow about the steps of the document)
The people who check the enterprise look at this point to assure that it respects the law.
